My firstborn turned 12 last week! His birthday fell on a very busy day. Amidst a Dr. Appointment, a PTA Meeting, Piano Lessons, a Soccer Game, and a Bishop Appointment we tried to make Ben's Birthday special. We opened gifts before school, made him an omelet for breakfast, took him a smoothie for lunch, let him choose Chilli's for dinner and thanks to wonderful Grandma Dorothy enjoyed chocolate cream pie!I have had many tender moments this past week thinking of this boy who made me a mother. I am so very pleased at the young man he is becoming. We love you Ben.
